Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 30 October 2026

This policy covers payments made to Anii Techspace Private Limited for Reach: subscription plans and the prepaid message wallet.

Plans

All plans are paid from the first month. There is no free plan or free trial. Plan prices and message rates are shown in the app or shared by our team before purchase.

Cancelling a plan

• You can cancel your plan at any time in Settings → Billing, or by writing to info@anii.in.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to paid features until then, and you are not billed again.
• Plan fees already paid for the current period are not refunded, except as described below.

Prepaid wallet

• Wallet balance is used only for message charges. Messages already sent are not refundable, because operators and Meta charge us when they are sent.
• Your wallet balance stays valid while your subscription is active.
• If your plan is not renewed, sending is paused and your balance is held for 30 days. Renew within those 30 days and your full balance is restored.
• After 30 days without renewal, the unused balance expires and is not refundable.
• Unused wallet balance is not refunded, except in the cases listed below. Promotional or bonus credits are never refundable.

When we refund in full

We refund the affected amount in full if:

• you were charged twice for the same payment;
• you were charged after cancelling, for a period after the cancellation took effect;
• messages failed to send because of a fault in Reach (charges for those messages are returned to your wallet automatically, or refunded on request).

How to ask for a refund

Email info@anii.in within 30 days of the charge, with your registered mobile number, the payment date, amount and transaction ID. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
